Penn State Abington takes on PS Mont Alto in final game of the 2008 season

Mont Alto, PA – The Lady Lions of Penn State Abington traveled to Mont Alto, PA to take on PSUAC opponent PS Mont Alto in their last match of the season. PS Abington lost the match 1-3 (14-25, 14-25, 25-22, 15-25). The Lady Lions received great play from sophomore outside hitter Jessica Kane (John W. Hallahan / Philadelphia, PA), who had a team high 11 kills to go along with her 13 digs. Sophomore outside hitter Lauren Connell (Archbishop Wood / Horsham, PA) had a strong defensive game with a team leading 18 digs. Overall PS Abington had a tremendous defensive game totaling 62 digs.
