April 30, 2010 - Reading, PA - The Penn State Abington baseball team gets eliminated from the NEAC West Division Baseball Tournament after their second loss of the tournament against Penn State Berks by a score of 5-8.

March 30, 2010 - Camden, NJ - The baseball game between Penn State Abington and Rutgers-Camden at Rutgers-Camden has been postponed due to the rain that has hit the Philadelphia area. A rescheduled date has yet to be determined.

March 18, 2010 - Media, PA - Due to the field conditions of the baseball diamond at Penn State Brandywine the non-conference match-up between Penn State Brandywine and Penn State Abington was moved to Diamond Nation in Flemington, NJ.  Game time is scheduled for 4:00 p.m.

March 15, 2010 – Abington, PA - The baseball team’s home game against Briarcliffe has been rescheduled for Sunday, March 21, 2010.   It is a doubleheader (2 7-inning games) with the first game starting at 1:00 p.m.  The game is scheduled to be played at Alverthorpe Park in Jenkintown, PA. 

 

Baseball's Home Opener Postponed

March 11, 2010 - Abington, PA - The Penn State Abington baseball team's home opener against Briarcliffe College has been postponed due to the field conditions from the past snow storms and the upcoming rain. A reschedule date has yet to be determined.

 

The Baseball Team opens their season in Myrtle Beach

March 3, 2010 - Abington, PA - The Penn State Abington baseball team traveled to Myrtle Beach, SC for spring training.  They will open their season today against Wesley College at 3:00 p.m.  The Nittany Lions are scheduled to play five additional games before returning to Penn State Abington....read more.

AthleticsBeginning with the 2010 season, North Atlantic Conference (NAC) members Castleton, Husson, Lyndon St., Maine-Farmington and Thomas will play in the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) as associate members in the East Division. Each division will hold a championship and the two divisional champions will meet for a three game series to determine the conference champion. The conference winner will earn an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Championship.
