Beverly Gooden will be our keynote speaker for No Place for Hate Week.

Beverly Gooden is a Victims' Rights Advocate and Creator of the Viral Hashtag, #WhyIStayed.  Beverly earned a BA in Communications from Hampton University and a MA in Social Justice from Loyola University Chicago. She now speaks about domestic violence sensitivity, social justice, and the power of storytelling. Beverly's story has been profiled on Good Morning America, CNN, TIME, The Washington Post, Mic, HLN, Inside Edition, and more. Her writing has appeared on NBC's TODAY.
