Penn State Abington continuing to promote respect
for diversity and continuing anti-bias efforts

In a ceremony on June 2, 2008, Penn State Abington celebrated their designation as a No Place for Hate® campus, having completed a year of anti-bias and anti-bullying programs. Lisa Stewart from the Anti-Defamation League presented the school with its official designation banner.

To earn this distinction, Penn State Abington formed a No Place for Hate® committee, adopted a resolution pledging to create a more inclusive school, and implemented a number of projects promoting respect for differences.
