Deanna Bosley is an education program associate in the Continuing Education department where she directs and develops educational programs for youth and teens and manages the Kids and Teen College summer camp program. Deanna is also an advisor for students interested in nursing. Deanna is a proud Penn State mom and alumnus. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Penn State’s University Park campus. In addition, she holds a master’s in Business Administration from Temple University and a Certificate in Project Management from Penn State Abington. Prior to joining the Continuing Education team in 2007, Deanna acquired more than 20 years of experience in the management and teaching of educational workshops and programs for parents, children and educators. She is passionate about helping and supporting all students.

Joy Fraunfelter has been with Penn State since 2001, during which time she has dedicated herself to bringing the power of Penn State to benefit business and industry in the Delaware Valley. As the associate director of the Continuing Education department, she is committed to helping clients assess their immediate and long term training needs and provide customized solutions that are on campus, on-site, or online. Susan Hopper began her career in education in 1994 at Cheltenham Elementary School. After working several years in the private sector, her passion for education led her to Penn State Abington in 2001. She worked for Penn State Abington’s Business Services department for four years before joining the Continuing Education department in 2005. Sue, a proud Penn State mom, is currently serving on the Staff Advisory Committee and manages the Leadership Certificate for faculty and staff.

Randy Ingbritsen is the assistant director of the Continuing Education department where he promotes leadership and supervisory development training programs for Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Contract training program topics include health care, information technology, project management, team building, and communications. He also manages an onsite associate degree program in Letters, Arts and Sciences. He supports online and hybrid course delivery and has expertise in Adobe Connect, IMovie, Garageband, Voicethread, Streaming Servers and ITunes. Randy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from St. Olaf College and a Distance Education Certificate from Penn State.

Jane Owens is the senior director of the Continuing Education department at Penn State Abington. Jane is responsible for all continuing education programs, staff and budgets. She began her career at Penn State as an area representative in 1980, then director of continuing education and regional director. Jane is a Penn State alum (’76, ’77) and earned her Ed.D. from Temple University.

Since Kena Sears joined Penn State Abington’s team in 2009, she has devised multi-level employee engagement programs for human resource professionals who wish to engage and retain employees. Kena believes that customized employee engagement programs are the key to a client's success. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising / Public Relations from Penn State Abington and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Health Industry Management and Biotechnology. She currently resides in Philadelphia with her two children.
