This course continues to build upon the lessons learned in "Project Initiation and Planning". Content covers the work breakdown structure, project schedule, PERT/GANTT/CPM methods, and project integration. This is the second of four courses required for the Certificate in Project Management.
Prerequisite: Project Initiation and Planning (PJMGT 5000)

*The price per credit is subject to change and will be based on the per credit tuition for Fall 2013. Books are not included in the price. There is also an additional technology fee of approximately $83 per semester plus a facilities fee of approximately $35.
