Course Description
Companies large and small require project plans developed in MS Project to track the status of their projects. Learn the proper methods for using MS Project 2010. You will learn the #1 and #2 mistakes even seasoned users make. Explore how to build project plans properly for effective project management.
Understand the “Nine Steps to Effective Project Plans” and the “Seven Cardinal Rules of MS Project.

*The price per credit is subject to change and will be based on the per credit tuition for Fall 2013. Books are not included in the price. There is also an additional technology fee of approximately $83 per semester plus a facilities fee of approximately $35. You will also have an e-mail account from Penn State that will last for the length of the program.
