The Penn State men's and women's rugby teams will compete in the 2013 USA Sevens Collegiate Rugby Championship, June 1-2 at PPL Park in Chester, Pa., near Philadelphia. NBC and NBC Sports will broadcast seven hours of coverage during the weekend. PPL Park is the home of Major League Soccer's Philadelphia Union.
