First-Year Students

Abington Campus: 

     For Summer or Fall Semester -- Students applying for fall semester can apply throughout the summer.  

     For Spring Semester -- There is no deadline, but please allow adequate time for your application to be processed.

University Park Campus:

     For Summer or Fall Semester -- November 30 is the application deadline for summer or fall admission.  Meeting the deadline offers your best chance of being accepted into the University Park Campus and some highly completitive majors.

     For Spring Semester -- November 1 is the application deadline for spring admission into the University Park Campus.

Transfer Students

Abington Campus:

     For Summer or Fall Semester -- We encourage you to apply during the early spring.  Please call the Abington Admissions Office for assistance, 215-881-7600.

     For Spring Semester -- There is no deadline, but please contact the Admissions Office to discuss the application. 

University Park Campus:

     For Summer or Fall Semester -- Please feel free to contact the Abington Admissions Office, 215-881-7600, to discuss your plans. February 1 is Penn State’s Priority Application Deadline for summer or fall admission into the University Park Campus.  You should also plan to find housing well in advance.

     For Spring Semester -- November 1 is the application deadline for spring admission into the University Park Campus.  Plan ahead by contacting the Abington Admissions Office.
