Summer Registration Policies

Enrollment as a nondegree student does not imply admission to the university.

For Visiting Students

  • Step 1:
    Confirm with your college that the selected courses/credits are transferable to your home institution. Call 215-881-7387 or email Eva Klein to obtain a copy of the course syllabus.

  • Step 2:
    You may mail the form in or fax to 215-881-7317.  You can also drop it off in person - 121 Sutherland Building , Mon-Thur, 8am-9pm. or Fri, 8am-5pm.

  • Step 3:
    You will receive an enrollment packet in the mail after registering for courses.

    Step 4: 
    Pay for your classes by submitting a check or money order by mail or in person at the Bursar's Office, 122A Sutherland (9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday). 

    Prior to the first day of the semester students may cancel their registration without financial penalty. Students scheduling classes after the first day of the semester will be assessed a late registration and late payment fee.

  • You may complete a Transcript Request to have a copy of your grades mailed to your home. You may also request a copy of your grades at the Registrar's Office.

To obtain a copy of your schedule, go to the Registrar's Office at 121 Sutherland Bldg.
