Penn State’s Abington College Art Program is a fully accredited member of the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD), the professional, specialized body authorized to accredit art schools and programs in the United States.

Accreditation guarantees that the program has been independently evaluated to meet NASAD’s high standards of educational quality, currency and integrity.

The program was first visited by NASAD in 2007 and received accreditation in 2008 for a ten-year term.
