Research interests in 20th century British and American Literature, Shakespeare, and drama as a genre

Main teaching interests are 20th century British and American Literature and Shakespeare. I teach or have taught the two-semester British Literature survey courses as well as the 100-level Shakespeare course and several other introductory literature courses. I also teach freshman and sophomore level writing courses, especially Writing in the Social Sciences and Writing in the Humanities.

Nominated for two university-wide teaching awards, most recently in spring of 2009.
