Student Activity Fee (SAF) Request Form

The SAF Committee welcomes all proposals and reserves the right to reject any proposal that leaves any of the fields empty or incomplete.


Fields designated with asterisk are required to ensure the best possible distribution of  Student Activity Fee funds.



  • SAF proposals must be submitted electronically, via this form. 
  • Late proposals will not be accepted. 
  • Please be sure that you've accounted for the costs of publicity, catering, entertainer/speaker fees, set-up or tear-down costs, security and monitoring fees, and equipment fees, conferences, etc.

A student requesting SAF funds must have a staff or faculty contact person.
Please provide as much information as possible to permit SAF Committee to understand and review proposal.
