Computer and Network Services (CNS) Organizational Policy
Penn State Abington is committed to delivering state-of-the-art computing for faculty, staff, and student use. Utilizing the latest equipment, we are able to introduce high-end technology in every classroom and office.
Located in Woodland, Sutherland, and Rydal, the Computer Labs are equipped with the latest software and hardware to supplement the growing interaction between education and computing. High-speed internet access, e-mail accounts, and remote access are available for all students currently enrolled in the University.
Computer and Network Services is responsible for serving the computer needs of the faculty and staff of Penn State Abington. Our goal is to incorporate the latest technology in desktop and laptop computers with the speed and efficiency of a first class local area network (LAN). In this way, we bring to the college a modern work environment -- a system of distributed information and technology with high-speed internet access.
