| A Place to Talk (APTT) |
A Place to Talk is a peer support club consisting of students trained in active listening skills that volunteer their time to offer confidential peer counseling sessions in a private environment. APTT is a safe place where students can explore their concerns, feelings, or needs with another student who has the time and interest to listen.

| Personal Support Team |
The Personal Support Team consists of staff and faculty members that volunteer their time to provide short term support services and referral to students in distress. Most members are not professional counselors but are well equipped to lend initial support, crisis intervention, and referral for students seeking help. Students may contact the Health and Wellness Center at 215-881-7350 or any member of the Personal Support Team directly for support or referral.

| Chaplain Services |
Bryan Polk, lecturer in Religious Studies and English, with a Master of Divinity degree, offers short term emotional support services to our campus community. Students may contact the campus chaplain by calling 215-881-7548, visit him at 323 Sutherland.
| Professional Counseling and Referral |
On and off campus services are available to students who may require professional counseling services. Penn State Abington has a partnership with two local facilities for mental health as well as drug and alcohol counseling services.
- Part time on- campus counselor available by referral only
- Off- campus services with the Growth Opportunity Center and Aldersgate Youth Service Bureau. Both agencies are conveniently located to campus.
