Advisers assume a significant educational role by encouraging their advisees to become engaged in their education, to meet their educational goals, and to develop the habit of learning.
Students should routinely contact Advisers each semester and assume final responsibility for course scheduling, program planning, and the successful completion of graduation requirements. Faculty and professional Advisers in the Abington Advising Center (AAC) serve as academic Advisers.
